Yes you are able to order by mail, simply contact us and we will send the forms to you. Click here to be redirected to the contact page.

If you are purchasing online you can pay using Paypal. If ordering by mail you can pay using money order, cheque or direct deposit.

Once all information such as baby's details and photos have been received and payment has been paid you should receive your order within 2 weeks. Please note that if you are paying by cheque please allow 3 to 5 days for the cheque to clear before your order can be sent out.

If you are sending your photos through the mail please make sure they are placed with a piece of card so they don't become bent. If emailing just attach photographs in the section on the order form. Make sure photographs are saved as a JPEG format with a 300 dpi resolution, or saved as a high quality photograph.

We will edit your photographs to the necessary size and turn them to black and white for you. The editing we may apply is cropping, blurring of the background and contrast. We do this so the baby's photographs can have a high quality finish.

You can upload 3 photographs on your order form, though if you wish to send more you can email them.

Hokey Pokey Kids will not be held responsible for the loss of photos through the mail. We assure you that all photographs are sent back to you with care and protection so photos will not become bent or tear in the mail, but we cannot be held responsible if anything happens.

You will receive a proof via email of your order. Once you tell us that your happy with the proof we will go ahead and print the final copy.

You can only cancel your order before the final proof has been approved by yourself. Once you request to print the final we cannot give refunds as most items are sent out straight away.

If the final print you receive has been damaged, soiled or bent in the post please contact us so you can have your purchased order returned and reprinted at no further cost. We do not give refunds on the final print unless it has been damaged, as all orders are proofed and excepted by customer.

If you did not receive your order, please contact us to check your tracking order. We send all our items with postal reference number to ensure that your item will reach you.
